Pumpkin-sweet potato puree

Pumpkin, toddlers love its sweet flavor! This is a delicious recipe full of colors for your gourmet from 6 months.


  • For 2 meals:
  • 100 g pumpkin flesh
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 sweet potato
  • milk on
  • chive.


Wash and peel the vegetables.
Cut the carrots into slices. Detail the pumpkin and the sweet potato in dice.
Cook vegetables for 20 minutes in boiling water or 20 minutes steaming.
Drain them, then mix with two sprigs of chives by relaxing the puree with milk in a row depending on the desired consistency.
