Cherry tomatoes have a sweet taste that appeals to children. To make them eat vegetables, consider this colorful quiche recipe.


  • 1 disc of puff pastry
  • 250 g of cherry tomatoes (yellow, red, elongated ...)
  • 2 dl of liquid cream
  • 2 dl of milk
  • 4 eggs + 1 egg yolk
  • a pinch of salt
  • mill pepper
  • 60 g grated cheese


Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Spread the dough in a pie pan with removable bottom. Prick the pie with a fork.
Drop dry beans, kernels or ceramic beads to avoid
that the dough does not rise. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove the stones or balls.
Cover the pie shell with the cherry tomatoes.
Mix the cream, milk and eggs. Add salt and pepper. Pour this
mixture on tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cook the pie for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
