A totally frosted idea ... to taste.

Ingredients:

• 250 g of coarse white grapes (Italia, for example)
• 250 g of coarse black grapes
• 2 egg whites
• 1 pinch of salt
• 250 g of crystallized sugar

Preparation:

Pour the sugar into a deep plate. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and put them on another plate. Choose the most beautiful grapes. Detach them from the bunches with scissors while keeping the tails a maximum of length. Wash them, dry them then roll them, one by one, first in the snow white and then in the sugar. Let them dry for 1 hour in a warm place. Put them in folded boxes and serve them the same day.
