The Spritzbredele

Advantage of Spritzbredele, variety of bredele (see the recipe), they prepare the same day! They have a little less butter than bredele (ok, it's not diet either!). You will make them using a piping bag.

  • 500 g flour type 45
  • 200 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • vanilla
  • 250 g caster sugar

Production :

  • Mix the softened butter and flour, then the remaining ingredients you add to the first mixture.
  • On your baking tray, place the parchment paper on which you put some water with a brush or by hand as Willy, our pastry chef, recommends.
  • When the dough is smooth, dress in the piping bag.
  • Put in the oven for about ten minutes.
