A good way to make your children eat soy.


  • For 4 people: 400 g of fresh soy. 4 shallots.1 can of tomato paste (medium). 1 tablespoon flour. 20 g of butter. 15 cl of liquid cream.


Diving soy in salted boiling water, then drain it. Brown the shallots you have minced beforehand in the butter. Add the tomato paste, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 min. Add the flour and the cream, let thicken over low heat to obtain a creamy sauce. Top slices of ham with soy. Arrange your rolls in a baking dish. Top them with the sauce. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat (180 °). Serve hot with rice.
