The advantage of exotic fruits like mango is that they contain vitamin B9, or folates, valuable during pregnancy. They are also fruits rich in vitamin C. So, mix these benefits with this delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

For 2 smoothies

  • 1 mango
  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 1 lime
  • 2 balls of mango sorbet
  • 2 mint leaves

Preparation:

Peel, stone and cut the flesh of the mango into small pieces. Cut the pineapple slices into small cubes.

In a blender, mix mango, pineapple, lemon juice and ice cream.

Serve in 2 glasses and decorate with mint.
