During pregnancy, your digestive system is put to the test. This lentil soup with ginger allows you a smooth digestion.
For 4 people
- 170 g of coral lentils
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 25 g of butter
- 10 g fresh ginger
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
Bake and peel the tomato. Peel and chop the onion. Peel and grate the ginger.
In a casserole, heat the butter and fry the onion and ginger.
Add lentils, tomato and turmeric. Pour 1 large glass of water, boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
