Crunchy to perfection, cauliflower tempura changing from the ordinary. To eat with the fingers from 18 months.


  • 4 small bouquets of cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small glass of ice water
  • 15 g of flour
  • 1 C. powdered curry
  • salt
  • pepper
  • frying oil.


Wash the cabbage and cook for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain it. Beat the whole egg in a bowl with the curry, then add the iced water and flour while continuing to whisk. Heat the oil. Dip the bouquets of cabbage in the dough and fry for 3 minutes. Drain them on paper towels before eating.
