An original and amazing dessert to taste fresh from 2 years old.

Ingredients:

  • 1 half melon
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 1 very fresh egg white
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • the juice of 1 half lemon.

Preparation:
