An original and amazing dessert to taste fresh from 2 years old.

Ingredients:

• 1 half melon
• 1 teaspoon caster sugar
• 1 very fresh egg white
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
• the juice of 1 half lemon.

Preparation:

Seed the demi-melon, cut the flesh into cubes and cook for 20 min covered over very low heat with the lemon juice and the caster sugar. Wear a pot of water with a shudder.
