A sweet little mousse at the time of dessert. To be enjoyed from 1 year.

Ingredients:

  • For 2 desserts:
  • 1 orange
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 40 g caster sugar
  • 2 small Swiss
  • some mint leaves

Preparation:

Put the swiss kids in the freezer for 20 minutes. Cut the orange in half. Squeeze one half into juice, then squeeze the other half by lifting the half-quarters of orange. Take off the skin that covers them. Peel the bananas and crush the flesh with the orange juice and sugar. Whip swiss petits-swiss and add them to bananas. Place the mousse obtained in two ramekins and decorate half-quarters of orange and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
